We are looking for a Mandarin speaking au pair (*please do not apply if you are not native Mandarin speaker*) to start November 2017 when our current ai pair will leave. We are a family with two children aged 8 (female) and 5 (male). We live in a lovely small village close to Eindhoven. The village center can be reached walking or in few minutes with the bike. The center of Eindhoven can be easily reached by bus or by bike (about 20 minutes). We have a big house with garden. Schools and shops are close by. We have a rather busy life and my husband travel often for his work. So it happens that he is away for the night or even few weeks. I am a teacher. Kids are busy with school and with a number of afternoon activities (music, dance, sport). We have a rather steady schedule, so it is easy to plan your free time in the day, evenings or weekends. The children are bilingual and we would like them to learn other languages as well.
*please do not apply if you are not native Mandarin speaker* As you are part of our family and our house we will ask you to clean up your room and your bathroom and do some light housework like doing dishwasher, ironing, helping with the kids’ laundry, garbage and order the play stuff of our children. We are looking for someone who is willing to spend time playing with the children and teaching them Chinese. We have a cleaning lady for the rest of the house. This is just a very brief description but shall we both be really interested we will provide you later with a draft of the contract with more details where also the economics and benefits are detailed. We strongly prefer a person who is willing to stay with us 10 months (or more) in order to give stability to our children.
