We are looking for our next au pair for 3-9 months starting at the end of July or any time in August. We would love you to become part of our family if you are German, an extrovert, fun-loving, flexible and responsible as well as a non-smoker. Ideally, you will have some life-experience through travelling or work and a driver license. We are Krystal (mum and originally from Germany) Alex (Ozzy dad) Thomas 6 years old and in year one at school and Tara 3 years old and in Kindergarden. Thomas loves his sports and hip hop, he loves performing. Tara loves her fairy dance, dressing up etc. Alex runs a Music Theatre Festival and is often in Melbourne, Krystal runs a personal development business. Both work from home. You will take our adorable Tara to playgroups and the park, do school drop offs and pick-ups and help with some housework. We live in Warragul which is 100km east of Melbourne, surrounded by beautiful country-side and with a good train line into Melbourne. Sometimes, we all travel into Melbourne for work and you would be joining us to look after the kids during that time, getting the best of both rural and city life. You will have your own room, with a comfy queen-size bed, access to wifi and pocket money. We are a spiritual family and if you join us, there could be some interesting conversations around the dinner table that may give you deeper insights into yourself, your purpose and future path. You will work every morning, sometimes do the school run in the morning and then taking Tara to playgroups, dance, the library or the playground. You will mainly look after Tara, sometimes, on rare occasions we work weekends doing psychic expos where she will look after both Thomas and Tara. We would love you to speak German to Tara, just like Krystal. There is also some housework. General hours are 5 hours per day and two days off. But due to our work, there will be some flexibility with regards to which days are off. This will always be agreed upon the week before so both can plan.
