Thank you for considering becoming a member of our family. We just moved to San Antonio, Texas, 8 months ago. After trying several daycare facilities, we have decided that an Au pair is the best fit for our family, our children, and our busy schedules. By hosting an Au pair we can ensure that our children receive the reliable care, attention, and love that they deserve. They will learn more from an Au pair providing one-on-one care than any daycare could ever give them. We would like to find an Au pair to not only become a key member of our children’s lives, but becomes a true member of our family, and shares our lives as well. My name is Anna and I am thirty six years old, I’m in the military and currently 5 months pregnant. We are expecting our second child, a little girl named Natalie, on July 1st. My husband’s name is Jason he’s 34 years old and also works full time in the military. Our sons name is Zachary; he’s 2 years old and he is the light of our life. He is a very smart typical toddler with tons of energy. He loves all things trains, airplanes, cars, trucks, giraffes, and everything that has to do with playing outside. We don’t have much free time due to our professions and busy family life, but when free time is available we love to travel. Some of our hobbies include SCUBA diving, snowboarding, wakeboarding, spending time outside and with family, and being social with friends. We always try to spend at least one day each weekend taking Zachary somewhere fun such as hands on kids-museums, the zoo, parks, a nearby train depot, hiking trails, and
We need roughly 45 hours a week of care for our children since we both work Monday through Friday. We would also need help with light housework and picking up after the children. We will need you to have a driver’s license and be able to drive our vehicle while you are with us. We are happy to arrange some driving lessons for you after your arrival if necessary. You will have weekends free and access to your own vehicle to use in fulfilling your childcare and educational obligations, as well for for private free time within reason. We are looking for an Au pair that can start with us in April 2016 and stay with us until at least April 2017. We are open to the option of extending your membership of our family for an additional year if you so chose, provided the relationship works out the way we hope it will. We have two cats and we do not smoke. We would prefer an Au pair who does not smoke either.
