Hello We are a mixed family French/English and are parents of a little girl of 6 years old called Louise. We live in a big house in the country side near Bordeaux and the beaches. We are 20 minutes by train from Bordeaux city center and 45 minutes by train from Arcachon (well known beach resort). I have been myself an au pair in America for almost 2 years when I was young and I would like my daughter to share that beautiful experience with an au pair. My husband and I are a very easy going couple, open minded and we love to socialize and meet new people. You will be part of our family and will be able to join us in our acticities if wished. We are looking for a friendly young girl, minimum aged 18, who loves children, is sociable, outgoing and would enjoy doing activities on her own initiatives with our daughter.
You will look after Louise who is a little girl who speaks French/English. She is very easy to entertain and loves company as well as indoors and outdoors activities. Your job will be to look after her between 20 to 30 hours a week and to only communicate with her in English. You will be off on tuesdays, wednesdays and sundays and you will start work from 1 pm. No cleanning involved (just making sure that Louise's bedroom is tiddy) No cooking involve (except Louise's dinner some nights) You will have a 20 square meters on suite bedroom with free internet access, free phone, and English TV if wished
