We are a small family, mum, dad & 2 boys. We enjoy spending quality time together as a family, going for walks, playing with our boys & ensuring they are happy & healthy. Our boys go to a private school which is about 10 minutes away by car. We live approximately 45 minutes from the nearest beach, the city, and the beautiful Barossa Valley know for it's scenery & world famous wineries. We are also are about 1 1/2 hours away from Victor Harbour & Kangaroo Island. We are looking for someone who would like to be part of our family, is happy and has a positive nature, and importantly has lots of patience and love to engage with our boys.
We would like our prospective au-pair to engage in some light house work such as: make the children's beds daily, tidy the boys rooms daily (children to assist), wash their clothing, fold and put away daily or when required, make their breakfast & school lunches, wipe down the kitchen bench & table after breakfast, load dishwasher, take them to school and pick them up monday to friday, help them with their homework, play with them and watch over them when we are at work, keeping them engaged in activities, eg. go to the park, play games etc. Once a week wash the sheets on children's beds etc. The starting time would be when the youngest child wakes up between 6.30am - 7.00am (usually) and when the first parent comes home from work approximately 4.30pm. We estimate the hours to be between 25-30 hours per week. No evenings or weekends (unless there is an unforseen emergency). We have 2 dogs small & medium which live outside & a cat who lives outside (children feed the animals).
