Hi There! We are looking for our next Au Pair to join us at the beginning of April 2015. In the past we have had many Au Pairs and love the experiences and friendships they have brought our familyWe are a relaxed and happy family of four who live on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, minutes away from several fabulous beaches including Manly Beach. Mum and Dad both work full time and our two daughters attend School and Day Care. We love entertaining, cooking and spending time with our friends and family. Our home is right near Manly Beach and so being outdoors is something we do often. Our girls are happy and cheerful, Miss 8 loves Art and music and Miss 3 is the outdoorsy type who loves being active. There is plenty to do in our area, and plenty of public transport - we are just a 20min direct bus ride to the city, Opera House and Harbour Bridge. There is also a free local bus that goes around our area to Manly and back. Many other families in our area (and at our daughters' school) have Au Pairs as do others in our family so there will be plenty of new faces and friends to meet.
We are looking for someone who really wants to become part of our family. Whether that be hanging out with a hot chocolate in front of the TV or enjoying a day at the beach or activity with us. We know you will want to experience the city and make your own friends however we would love to share that experience with you also! You will need to have good driving and childcare experience as you will be in charge of drop-off and pick ups from school daily and day care 2 days/week. On Mon/Tues when both the girls are at school/day care you can spend however you wish. Also you will be looking after Miss 3 for 3 days/week (wed - fri) and taking her to activities such as the library, craft sessions, the park and the beach etc. You will also need to pick up and drop off Miss 8 to her after school activities. There will be some light housework included and all of us pitch in to help keep the place tidy. We can't wait to hear from you!
