We, that is Madita (nearly 1), Carlotta (4), Viktoria (28) and Lennart (33)live right at the Lake Constance in the most beautiful area of Germany in our own house with a quite big garden. The area is perfect for doing outdoor activities (especially in summertime) like swimming, cycling, hiking or just having a relaxing walk along the lake. I (Viktoria) am starting to work fulltime as a bilingual teacher( english/german) in a nursery end of February in Friedrichshafen which is just a couple of minutes away, my husband (Lennart) works from Tuesday till Friday in Zurich (Switzerland) where we have our own small appartment. We have two amazing daughters. Carlotta turns 4 on March 1st, Madita is nearly 9 months old. Both girls are really lovely and well educated. As we had Au Pairs before, Lotta (as we often call her) is nearly fluent in english. In our freetime we really appreciate family life, going outdoors and travelling. As our Au Pair, feel free to use Lennarts Appartment in Zurich for the weekends. We also have two wonderful cats that do no harm and love cuddles. My big hobby is crafting, especially sewing. We have a huge crafting room in the cellar so whenever you want you can join me or going down on your own.
An Aupair should not only be a person working in your household but being a friend, a sister and a helper. It is a high amount of responsibility and a wonderful chance to be loved by children you never met before and to bound with them maybe for the rest of their lifes. As our new family member you will a have your own car to drive Lotta to nursery and activities like painting and ballett. As my day starts quite early one of your tasks will be to wake up the kids, bring Lotta to the nursery and watch over Madita. We expect our Au Pair to be mature and honest. We are both persons that really appreciate honesty and are always open for a word. To us it is very important that the girls can grow up bilingual so you should feel comfortable teaching them english (if that‘s your motherlanguage). Otherwise we would be happy for teaching them a bit of your own language :) You should love kids, be creative, love roleplays and being outdoors, should like to cook and be open minded :)
