Parents both work and Santiago goes to kindergarten. We are a young couple of 28 and 31 years old. Sometimes mummy has to work in Madrid or somewhere else and cannot sleep at home so daddy takes care of Santiago. We both take care of the baby and housework. We have recently moved to Zaragoza because daddy found a new job there. Now he has to work in the afternoons from 3 pm to 9 or 10 pm so he cannot pick up the baby from the kindertarden anymore. Mummy works from 9 am to 7 pm sometimes from home and others in other cities so she cannot sleep at home. Santiago goes to kindertarden from 9 am to 5 pm. In weekends we sometimes go to visit grandparents in Mallorca, Tarragona or Jaén. We also like to go out for diner by our own and someone stays with Santiago at home for a couple of hours. Santiago is very frendly. He has been at kindergarten since he was 4,5 months old. He also goes sometimes with grandparents and uncles for a few days. As a result he likes new people and children. He eats very well and loves to play and go to the park. Before we moved, we took him everyday to the park for an hour after picking him up from kindergarten. Now we would like to host an au pair to help us with the baby in the afternoons and for him to learn some English if possible. The salary would be 60 euros per week. The au pair has to go to pick up the baby at the kindergarten at 5 pm, take him to the park and play for a while. Then take him home, give him a bath and play with him. Give the dinner (now it is a baby bottle) and put him to sleep. When mummy works at home she can take care of the baby from 7pm. When we go for dinner on weekend she has to stay with the baby for a couple of hours. The au pair can travel by her own on weekends if she wants and we don't have any special event and we don't need her to stay with Santiago. I mean, most weekends she will have both days free for her. During working days she will have free time whilst Santiago is at kindertarden. He is a very healthy kid and he has never been sick. However, if he has to stay some day at home because he cannot attend to the kindertarden the au pair must stay with him. Zaragoza is a very attractive and big city and well communicated with Madrid and Barcelona by train. It is very easy to move around walking or by bus. We are from Barcelona and we will move back there after Christmas so the au pair may be interested in countinue living with us there.
