We are a tri-lingual family who just moved to Maastricht a few weeks ago. David is a very creative elementary teacher, 47 and Canadian. Katinka teaches highschool and English, is 43 and Dutch. We have three little boys who were all born in Mexico. We spent many years there and would like a nanny who can speak Spanish to the children so that they do not lose their birth language :-) We are vegetarians, have a cat, are very flexible,sporty, loving and sociable. We teach at United World College in Maastricht. If you are a person who is not afraid of a busy household that is full of laughter, song, music, silly dances, chaos, creativity and fun, we need you! We are looking for someone who wants to live in or out, who is active, loving and creative with the children. Someone who can provide structure and who can handle three little boys. We need someone who can start within the next two weeks. You would be working for 350 euros a month, with free room and board. Weekly schedule would be around 22- 25 hours of working with the children. Willingness to do light housekeeping is a plus. Non-smoker is prefered.
Approximately 4 to 5 hours per day looking after the children. Between 22-25 hours a week. Minimum Two days a week off. A bit of flexibility is required. Mostly the twins will need care. Needs to be willing to use a 'bakfiets'to take the oldest one to school. Light housekeeping. 350 euros a month pay, plus free room and board. After a year, 2 weeks paid vacation time.
