We'r a young family,and looking for a person who can really take care of my baby and big son to have lots of activities together ( especially baby will stay with an aupair more than my big boy),my older son likes reading,swimming,outdoor activities,going theatre and movie,we dont let them watch tv,it is very important to read with him before sleeping,but generally we would like to read him book in the evenings.I want some average house works(ironing,cleaning the mess,putting the plates to the dishwasher,tidying up their toys with them,baby still can not of course:)).
If she is a preschool teacher is my preferable. she should be at least gratuated from highschool.
