Dear au pair, nice to meet you! We are an Italian family. We live in a small town in the province of Brescia. Our daughter, Diletta, is 8 years old and very friendly, kind, and polite. She's studying English and would love someone to play with, talk with, and improve her English. We're looking for a well-mannered girl who's willing to share our family life. We're also happy to share our Italian culture and language with you so you can appreciate and love it.
We expect a polite and kind person to be present during your stay, someone who is cheerful and available to share something about yourself with us, speaking English and helping Diletta become more fluent. It might be helpful to do homework together and accompany her in her extracurricular activities. Therefore, your commitment will be primarily in the afternoons after school. Your duties will include simple daily tasks such as keeping your bedroom and bathroom clean and tidy. Doing your laundry. Helping us set and clear the table. Keeping the common areas clean and tidy with us after meals. Our family speaks mainly Italian during the day. We can (if you like) speak with you in Italian and do activities such as teaching you how to cook the Italian food we love.
