Dear future au-pair, we are looking forward to meeting you! We have two little boys and looking for a reliable au-pair to support our family life. We are open-minded, tolerant and social and we would love to learn more about your culture and share our experience. We're currently having an amazing au-pair from Indonesia, who will stay with us until the end of the year. Thus, we would prefer to start in January 2026 with a new one! We are family Löll - Lisa (37), Lasse (37), Johann (4) and Carlo (2 in December)! Lisa and Lasse work during weekdays and Johann and Carlo go to a kindergarden and child care. Usually, the afternoons are spent together. Lasse works fulltime in the management of a start-up and Lisa works parttime as a buyer for a food retailer. Johann turned four in April and is a happy, social and active boy. He loves playing outside, building houses and reading books. Carlo will turn two in December and is a curious and uncomplicated child. Lisa and Lasse both speak Englisch and don't mind using it as the language for communication. For the boys (especially Johann), basic knowledge in German would be helpful but is not a must.
Weekly tasks are: - Getting kids ready in the morning and dropping them at the kindergarden (around 1,5 hours per weekday) - Tidying up kids room and kids laundry (approx. 1,5 hours per week) - Small household chores (dishwasher, setting up the house for vacuum robot; 1,5 hours per week) - 1-2 times per week the au-pair picks the kids up in the afternoon and plays with them from 3-5 pm (2-4 hours per week) - Help clean up after dinner (around 0,5 hours per weekday) Sporadically: - Child care when kids are sick or when kindergarden is closed - Babysitting in the evening (1-2 evenings per months; mostly when kids are asleep). Weekends, public holidays and our holidays are days off for the au-pair. Also, it's usually no problem if our au-pair would like to spend e.g. a longer weekend somewhere. We pay a monthly allowance of 280 Euros and all groceries as well as fuel. Also, we of course cover all insurances and we pay for a monthly „Deutschlandticket“, which allows the au-pair to take trains and busses in Germany. We also pay for the flight ticket to Germany.
