We want an AP who treats our home like their home and is open to communication. She should have a lot of love and compassion since we have an infant at home and also be a very patient person.
A typical day starts in the morning. The kids wake up and our current au pair starts getting them ready for school. Both girls have their breakfast, get dressed and leave home. They get dropped to school and get picked up in the afternoon. They have karate classes after that three days a week. When the girls are in school, the AP is taking care of our son who is five months old.
