Hello We would like to introduce ourselves. Our names are David and Kim Raffen. We are due to have our first child on late May this year, Little David Raffen Junior. We are both Professional Business Owners, currently working approx. four days per week. These days cross over during the week, as well as Kim working Saturday mornings. David travels quite a bit for work all over Australia, generally for one to two nights per trip. Both of our business operate their head office locations from Adelaide, therefore we try to stay close to home. We have a small French Bulldog called LaLa, who is a big part of our family. We live in a quite group of three story waterfront townhouses at New Port which is only twenty minutes from the city. We are close to train and other transport walking distance. Your bedroom also is has gorgeous absolute waterfront views of the Port River in Port Adelaide. We also have a home gym for your use. You will have your own car which you will be responsible for keeping clean. Reasonable fuel expenses and maintenance costs will be provided. You must have an international licence to operate the vehicle which you may apply for. We will provide you with a few driving lessons as required to get you accustomed to driving in Australia. We are looking for a lovely person to join our family to be part of our new journey as parents. We would like this person to be starting approx. two weeks after Kim gives birth, however slightly flexible if necessary. There will be two free days per week on a fortnightly rotating roster Rostered days off per fortnight Week one Monday Tuesday Week two. SundayMonday The changing roster is to account for clinic work Kim works Saturdays. as well as office work on the Mondays.

House is cleaned each Friday by an external cleaner General House Baby Take baby and dog for a walk three to five times per week Prepare baby food batch cooking as baby gets older Two times per week prepare healthy green juice for mum and less healthy for dad Ensure adequate baby essentials are always available and order if not On occasion grocery shopping may be required. Miscellaneous errands such as pick up and drop off of the baby as well as other items for around the home. Weekly House Baby Iron Parents clean bedsheets parents will remove and wash Clean pram and all child related items such as car seat Make dinner for whole house two nights per week. More of you like cooking. Clean sterilise all toys, all baby furniture and baby bathing and change areas furniture includes lounge suite in family room Fresh ironed sheets to be made up on parents bed Iron all baby clothing that is applicable Clean bassinet, wash sheets, protectors
