We are looking for someone to help out with our lovely three year old daughter, to provide her with a 'big sister' role model while she adjusts to life with her baby brother. I will be taking time off work to have our second child however at times will need a helping hand with the general running of the house. We would like to welcome someone into our home and family, to enjoy a cultural exchange. We often go on family day trips, weekends away and holidays and we would like to take our au pair with us on these travels. We live very centrally in a lovely village type of suburb of inner Melbourne, only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, the beach, gardens, parks and Melbourne's best facilities of all varieties. We would be willing to provide a car for the weekends to our au pair if they would like to travel out of Melbourne or to get wherever they would like to spend their day. We are looking for someone who loves children, in particular our three year old daughter, someone who is responsible, sensible and respectful. We would like someone who wants to become part of our family, is helpful and actively involved in our day to day family life.
We would like our au pair to assist with our daughters general day to day life, helping her getting dressed, preparing her breakfast, getting her ready for the day (kinder, music class, sports club, or whatever she is doing that day) Assisting with light household chores and some family meal preparation and cooking. As I will be at home full time, our au pair's role is to assist me in the daily running of the household and looking after our daughter when I am busy with the baby.
