Hi there, We are looking for a kind, happy person who has a little of their own initiative and loves children and animals. (We have 1 lovely old dog and 2 very friendly cats). We like, healthy living, as in we eat healthily, like the outdoors and adventure although we do enjoy socialising with good friends. We hope you would like to be a part of our happy family. We are both English and live in Italy, 200m from the shores of Lago Maggiore with a fairly private (but public) sandy beach, great for swimming. We are a 'modern' family, both of us separated with children from our previous relationships. Heidi is 5 and is very loving and a sweet natured girl who likes princesses and is a born Mum. Josh is 10 and is independent and creative and likes lego, tv (though we try to restrict it) and playing tennis. Both children love family time, camping and socialising. Expectations We need help with school runs, and pickups around our working lives. Both of us work in aviation and are home almost every day but very irregular working hours (either working late til about midnight or early, leaving home at about 5 am), so we need flexibility and adaptability. There will be many opportunities for time off as we are also both around some of the time and the children also have their respective other parent and sometimes sleep there. That said, you will be a part of the family and will always be welcome to join us on every social event, sailing, boating, apperitivo etc. The ability to drive our children around will be essential and there will be a car available for your sole use. We require that you have previous driving experience. You must be proactive, punctual, reliable, tidy, organised and flexible.
