My name is Ashley and my husband's name is Dominic. We have 2 boys, Zeke and Harrison, ages 2 years old and 3 years old respectively. We are a very laid back family. While we live in Las Vegas, we rarely go down to the strip, even before having kids we didn't go down a lot. We are mostly homebodies. Harrison loves video games, yes he's young but he's got two parents who are big video gamers. Ezekiel loves Umi Zoomi. But they will gladly choose going to the park over staying home watching TV. They are pretty well behaved. We discipline with the whole-brain child mindset. As I mentioned earlier, Dominic and I are video gamers. We both graduated from University with a Bachelor in Science. Dominic is an Engineer and I am currently looking for full time jobs.
We are expecting you to work 50 hours, Monday-Friday from 6:30am-4:30pm (dependent on Ashley's future job). We are looking for the basic duties of taking care of 2 boys, feeding them breakfast and lunch, taking them on an outing 2 times a week (park, library, etc), driving to and from preschool for Harrison (so legally able to drive), and cleaning up after them. We do not expect you or want you to work outside of those hours. I want to keep your work and free time balanced. If you find yourself feeling like you are working outside of your hours I hope you will be honest and vocal with us. We plan on treating you like family, but still want to respect your time.
