We are a very busy family of 4. My husband and I both work long hours and feel we would like some help around the house and with the kids to just help relieve a bit of the pressure. We are looking for a kind and gentle person who can care for our two gorgeous boys in a way that will enhance their childhood, we also would like someone who can be firm with them when needed!
We would like someone who can drive, can help us look after our amazing children, occasionally taking care of the boys alone and who doesn't mind some light house work too. The children are with a childminder two days per week and with their Grandma 2 days per week and at home Fri-Sun. During the week we would like if the au pair helped get the kids up in the morning and dressed in and dropped to the child minder 2 days per week, helped Grandma on the 2 days she has them, help get kids to bed during the week. We have a cleaner but would like some light house work and errands run whilst the children are at the child minders . Help at the weekend for a few hours would also be welcomed but we are flexible and all of the above is something we can discuss with each individual. One thing for sure, your week will be varied and never become boring!!! We live in a magnificent home on the edge of the village of Digswell in Hertfordshire which is 25 miles north of central London. On our door step is beautiful countryside, we are a 7 min walk from a train station that takes 30 mins to get into central London and we are 1 stop of the train or a 7 min drive to the nearest town which has all the major shops. We are also not far from the University of Hatfield which offers English courses. We will insure you on our car so you can attend lessons if needed and you can use it to drop the kids to the child minder who is just a mile away.
