My husband and I worked in the city and have a pretty busy lifestyle. We live in a big house with a very big garden. We are open minded and like people from all over the world. We do work hard and enjoy our week ends wit our 2 girls.
The au Pair will have to take care of the school routine and stay with the girls (twins) until the return of one parent. The au pair will have to play with the girls. My husband and I like to be home to have diner with the girls so from that point the au pair will be offered to choose to have diner with us or to do whatever she wants. When necessary the Au Pair will have to put the girls to bed (if daddy and I are staying late at work). On Thursdays evening the au pair will have the responsibility to look after the girls (parents evening).
