We are a very happy and down to earth young family. We love to laugh and enjoy life. We believe in honesty and communication to have healthy relationships between us. We love music, dancing and all sorts of games and activities and we love to travel. Our last au pairs came with us abroad to lovely holidays which will stay with them forever. We have had au pairs before and are still in contact with them. We are interested in different cultures. We raise our children to be independents (age appropriate) and respectful to themselves and others. My husband work long hours and I am in the middle of my second degree of ‘children counselling’. We love to keep ourselves busy and I personally love learning about psychology and psychotherapy. I love to cook too and always happy to learn some new dishes. We are Jewish but not orthodox at all (meaning we are totally opposite than extreme). We are quite spiritual natures who appreciate simplicity and aspired by creativity. We look for a lovely girl to fit and be part of our family and help us with the kids and light house hold.
We very much see our au pairs as part of our family. Approx 30 hours a week, generous pay. Monday-Fri 7am-9:30am Rest morning is free until 3:30pm- 7:30pm Our kids go to school/nursery every week day between 8:30am-3:30pm. I always take and bring them back to/from school so it won’t be needed by you. We have a cleaner for 6 years already who comes once a week to do deep cleaning so this is not the au pair responsibility either but we do need help with light house hold (dishwasher, laundary, tidy kids bed for example). I will be home mostly always but I do need my au pair to be an extra spare hand to help with the kids play/dinner/shower/bed time etc. We sometimes go out and ask our au pair to help with babysitting. This is an everage of 2/3 nights a week when kids are already asleep (they go to sleep at 7:30pm).
