We are looking for someone who will care for our children and support our parenting approach. If we are being honest, our home wouldn't suit someone looking to party their weekends and evenings away because of where we live. We want someone who will respect our home and family and who will not need constant monitoring (supervision). We are good people and provide a supportive environment. We have a beautiful home in a lovely setting. We are looking for someone who can ease our concerns over this first time of having an Au Pair and who will care for our children. We would welcome someone who can develop their own interests and social groups outside of the family for their free time and we would be happy to support with this. There are gyms, sports teams, theatres and great opportunities for this in the local towns and villages. We are looking for someone who will love and respect our children and look to be a part of our family.
