Introduction personnelle

My name is Charleston, I am 20 years old and from Maui, Hawaii. I am in my fourth year of university and looking for a host family for after graduation. I study at Tulane University in New Orleans; Louisiana and I spent one term abroad in Milan, Italy. I have worked with children since I was 12 years old giving me roughly 5 years of experience. I have worked in classrooms, babysat, and tutored children from 6 months to 11 years old. I love being around kids because it helps me to stay creative and as i am sure you know, they keep you on your toes. As a design major I am always fascinated by kids' perspective on the world and their out-of-the-box problem solving. I love any type of creative activities such as art, design, baking, and cooking. I am also a huge animal lover. At university I volunteer with a local shelter exercising and socializing rescue dogs and cats. Growing up I had pets including but not limited to, turtles, rabbits, birds, and a chinchilla. I love to travel and experience new cultures. While working as an Au pair I would like to begin looking for a job abroad for after my time as an Au pair. I am hoping to build a portfolio and expand my network in the EU.
