Introduction personnelle

Hi, beloved host family. I hope you are doing well. I’m 23-year-old Catherine Dela Peña from the Philippines. I am an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I am primarily an introvert, with a slight extroverted side. When I feel bored, I play badminton and online games. And I truly adore cats and dogs. Among my skills are creativity, time management, adaptability, problem solving, cleaning, and cooking (basic dishes). As an introvert it's challenging for me to apply this kind of program. There is a fear, but guess what? I want to conquer it. How would I know things in my surroundings if I wouldn't face it. So maybe this is my time to show what capable I have. I find being an au pair to be really intriguing. I want to try it even though it's fresh and strange. One of my dreams is to experience and learn about the many cultures, religions, locations, histories, and cuisines. Additionally, I want to share my knowledge and experiences to my family, friends, and to all aspiring au pairs. The things I do for the children I care for are preparing breakfast and lunch. Bathe and dress them. I drop them off and pick them up after school. Assisting with their homework, play with any toys or play outside the house together with their friends. At night I always remind them to half bath and brush their teeth before going to bed, and reading stories. I also do some house hold chores like washing dishes, laundering, folding and ironing clothes. You will become my second family, so I must cherish my time with you. It's not just about the cultural exchange, it is more than the moment and memories that both parties valued. If my faith is strong, I'm grateful that God allowed me to have this kind of experience. If I am given this type of work, don't worry—I will do my utmost and live up to your value as my host family. May luck be on my side. Thank you!
