I want to become an au pair because I genuinely enjoy helping families and creating a positive, supportive environment for children to grow and thrive. Being the oldest in a large family, I’ve always been the one to look after my younger brothers and cousins, and I’ve developed a real passion for caring for kids and being a dependable, kind presence in their lives. For me, the au pair experience is about more than just childcare — it’s about becoming part of a family, sharing cultures, and helping make daily life smoother and happier. I’m also very practical and hands-on, confident with DIY, maintenance, and general household tasks. I love animals and would be more than happy to help with garden work, farm duties, or caring for family pets as part of my role. I see this opportunity as a chance to grow personally, experience life in Australia, and build lasting memories and connections while contributing positively to a family’s home.
