Introduction personnelle

Hi! My name is Celia! I am currently a second year student at Boston University pursuing a BFA in printmaking and a minor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. I am currenty studying abroad at The Accademia di Belle Arti di Venezia for my spring semester and planning on taking a gap year after my semester ends. I hope to take a year to recenter and reevalaute on my priorites and artistic vision and intentions. The idea of continuing my journey in Italy and becoming apart of a new family greatly excites me and hope to meet that family here! I would like to become an aupair in order to immerse myself more in Italian culture and do it in a comfortable family environment where I feel like I am helping out as well in addition to learning. I hope to continue to learn more about the world and other cultures during this time as well as grow more self sufficent and clear headed while taking time away from school to pursue a different avenue of life and reevlaute my priorities and approach to my goals. I have experience as a babysitter, dogsitter and private art instructor for elementary school aged children. In addition to that the past summer I taught swim lessons to small groups of ranging from preschoolers to 12 year olds. I am also first aid, CPR and AED certified. I have also volunteered as a teacher's assistant at my mom's elementary school where I have assisted in classroom instruction, and social and emotional development. I also have experience as a cross country coach for girls from 3rd to 5th grade.
