Introduction personnelle

I hope this message finds you happy and in good health. My name is Maria Liz, but I like when people tell me Liz or Lizzie! I am reaching out to express my sincere interest in the opportunity to join your family as a caring and fun, but responsible au pair. Being from Argentina, I come from a close, loving and passionate family with two beautiful little brothers aged 6 and 8. My native language is Spanish, but I am fluent in English, have intermediate Guaraní and have a good understanding of Italian. Something interesting about me is I have lived in various cities, countries, and went to 10 different schools. This linguistic and social diversity gave me the ability to connect with children from various backgrounds, fostering effective intercultural communication and creating a comfortable atmosphere for everyone and myself to easily adapt to change. Creativity is a big part of my personality, and I believe is a key aspect for the caregiving of children. I love painting, drawing, taking photographs, crafting, singing, playing musical instruments, participating in sports, and engaging in physical activities. I also have a passion for cooking sweet treats with I love sharing with my family. I truly believe that we as adults can create a space of expression and recreation with the resources we have at home, with a little imagination. I am not only well-educated but also highly responsible, loving, and kind. I believe in creating an environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore their interests. Since I was 12 y/o, I found a passion for taking photographs (especially at birthdays and parties), which now I am proud to say I do for a living. So if you like having beautiful portraits of your kids you can count on me that I will be glad to do it as part of my job! And if you are curious, in my free time I teach classes to the kids in my neighborhood that need assistance with school in reading, maths, English and overall homework.
