To be honest: what I’m the most excited about is the fact that I get to see London. On top of that I have the possibility to take over bigger responsibilities than I usually always did by helping other people. So I’m pretty sure it would teach me a lot in terms of my own future and expand my experiences.
Hello! My name is Marie and I am 21 years old. I am a student at a German University studying to become a primary school teacher. In order to get my degree and start working as a teacher I have to spend three months in an english-speaking country. That is why I would like to become an Au Pair. Moreover I hope to improve my English skills. In several internships in schools and kindergartens I was told that I had a great connection to the children and always thought it to be great fun working with kids. I have looked after my neighbours kids occasionally and can really imagine to continue this kind of work. I hope to have a great experience during my stay abroad. Hopefully, I will feel very welcome in my host family and become a part of their life. I would love to help in the household. Moreover, I am looking forward to spending time with the kids. Whether that may be helping out with their homework or just generally looking after them. I would say I am a very reliable person for my friends and family. Also, I am very hardworking as I am studying a lot and working as well. After being an Au Pair I will finish my Bachelor's degree and continue to study for my Master's degree.
I want to be an au-pair, because I want to gather more experiences in childcare. I want to learn about a new country and its tradition. I would love to experience how a family works in a different country than the one I grew up in. I also would like to master my English skills and I want to bring some things out of my culture into the family.
My goal for being an Aupair is to be able to achieve a cultural exchange, meet many people, explore many places, learn about different cultures and of course to bring a little piece of my culture and Colombia to the world and to my host family.
Dear host families, My name is Laura and I am 32 years old. I come from Germany and I am a trained foreign language correspondent and translator. I am looking for a job as an au-pair or nanny for 3 to 24 months in France and I can start as early as November. I speak fluent French and my heart's desire is to become a part of your family and lovingly take care of your children. I can well imagine working as a teacher in France later on. I am happy to answer your questions and look forward to hearing from you. Best regards Laura
I have always enjoyed taking care of children and started when I was myself still one. I have therefore a lot of experience with children andnor.ally get along with them very well. I have dedicated most of my free time in the last couple years to learning English and after my Abitur (equivalent of A Levels) I want to be able to fully experience the british culture and language. Best wishes
To work with children is my dream occupation since I was only 12 years old and I always wanted to travel. The idea of living in another country (especially in Canada) temporarily, got stuck in my head. To fund my visit by doing what I love most and to combine those two interests of mine is a great opportunity to learn the cultural diversity of raising a child, growing as a human and to become a better educator. Also I hope to find friendship beneath the employment-relationship with my host family. I am looking forward to this adventure :)
