we hope to find a easy-going and out going au pair for our son. she/he should speak English well, love kid, and open to Chinese culture. :_)
Since we have a nanny at home ,there is no requirement for you to do housework. but we have our expectation on Ryan's English improvement. we hope through playing, activities, living together, he can improve his English and international culture through daily communication with you. or to be more exact, more like a private teacher or companion. :)
