we are a lovely family from Shanghai, my husband , me and our kid Ryan. he is 3 years old and very well-behaved.
we get up at 8:30 am in the morning, we hope au pair can help Ryan get up and get ready. maybe for one hour. then our nanny will take over. you can have your free time. in the afternoon, when our nanny finishes her work, we hope you can take over and accompany Ryan, speaking English ,reading him , doing handcrafts, simple dancing, singing, drawing, and so on
