We are looking for a German speaking Au-pair who wants to come to Florida. We live close to the beach and have 3 kids and a dog. We are a bilingual family. We have a very active life style, like the outdoors, like to play board games, cook, play instruments and dance. Our oldest son has ADHD and is very smart. He is taking medication and is currently doing very well. We also like to travel and would take the au pair with us upon mutual agreement. Our au pair would have her own car, own TV, cell phone and room with bathroom. Since we live in the US, we would hire an agency to provide the au pair with health care, help with immigration and mandatory education for au pairs in the US. An au pair in the US can only work 45 hours per week, with a maximum of 9 hours per day and has at least one full week-end per month off.
The au pair would need to speak German with the kids and could speak English with us and our friends. We would need an au pair to get our kids ready for school in the morning and help the mother in the afternoon and early evening to get the kids homework done and bring the kids to activities and reinforce the German language. On the week-end we would need some assistance with watching all kids, if the au pair did not work enough hours during the week.
