Thanks for taking the time to visit our profile! We are a small family, with a single baby boy. Axel will be 2 in March. We are looking for a loving person to join our family for a few months. I was an aupair myself, and LOVED the experience. We can't wait to meet you. My husband and I work from home, but we cannot take care of Axel during the day. We need someone he can play and go to the park with. We LOVE music in this house. We play multiple instruments, so if you like music, or play...that's a plus!!! My husband is from Houston, but I grew up in Mexico. We enjoy grilling and hanging out by the pool. On weekends, I like to look for cool things to do around town.
I hate to use the word "job", because having an au pair is more like getting a new family member, not an employee =) The times I need the most help are, in the morning before lunch, and from 4-8. I would expect you to help me with anything baby-related. (diapers, meal prep, laundry and keeping his play are clean) Major House cleaning is not required, but I would ask you to clean up after yourself, and help out around the house like you would do at your own. We have a pool in the back yard, so swimming is a must. =) We have a 6 bedroom house, with plenty of space, so you would have your own bedroom and bathroom. We have 2 music rooms with pianos, drums, guitars, bass, microphones...etc. you are more than welcome to jam with us!... I also have a sewing room, so if you are into arts and crafts, this would be the perfect space =)
