Idealy we would like someone who could speak French though we will consider others. We're vegan so we would need someone who is vegan too or who is ready to respect this choice of ours.
As we will both away during the day we would need someone to take care of baby, feed her, take her to baby groups, etc... Basic help at home too. Might need to do some evenings here and there but mainly daytime during the week.
