We are a small family of 3. We work and our family (grandparents) take care of our daughter, but when our family can't take care of her we need help we can count on. That's why we need an au pair. It will also be nice an au pair that can speak another language (preferably, chinese mandarin and/or french). I would like someone with child care experience and a degree in education or paid experience in education would be a big plus!
Basically the au pair work would be to take care of our daughter and talk to her in another language that's not English or Spanish. A little housework when our daughter has her naps, basic things, since we have a lady that does the big housework chores.
