Dear aupair, Thank you for reading our profile. We are an active family of 5. Both parents working full time with our own business and active socially and in sports. We live next to a forest in a village. It is only 10 minutes by train from a major city (Utrecht) and 40 minutes to Amsterdam. We are looking for an enthusiastic independent self starting girl who wants to help us with our youngest son who is almost 6 years old see picture and with some household things. You will have a good allowance, nice room with adjacent bathroom and semi separate entrance. There are many aupairs staying in our area and it's easy to become friends with them. Our kids are the following: boy 5 years old, girls 10 years old, boy 12 years old. We are both working and our kids go to school during the day. In the afternoon the kids frequently have sports trainings and musical lessons of which they need to be reminded:). On weekends you're off and we normally engage in sports on Saturdays and sometimes also on Sundays. The kids go to an bit special school where they are taught not only school subjects but also more creative and humanistic skills. We find it important that our kids take responsibility and help with household things. And that they ambitious and respectful of other people and the environment.
We are looking for somebody who helps us with our youngest son and with running the household. The days starts at 7.30 when we have breakfast. School starts at 8.45. The two oldest go to school on bicycle by themselves. You need to bring the youngest to school on bicycle (they all go to the same school). The school is out at 15.15 on three days and at 13.15 on two days. You pick up the youngest kid. In the afternoon take care that kids go to their trainings and muscial lessons. In the evening you cook a simple meal for three evenings and we eat at 18.00 when we get home. When we get home you are off. You are also off during weekends. In the mornings you may sometimes do some light housework like tidying. You have your own room, your own bathroom and cooking facilities. We like it and support it when you do a language course (English or Dutch) or any other course you like to do.
