Me and my wife, both of us are very relax people. We dont have strict rules in the house also for our baby. My wife is not working right now but probably she is going to work when the baby reaches to 1 year old.
Our main goal is to have an au pair who can speak with our baby in his/her own language and let her to speak au pairs own language when she grows up. So that means we are seeking for a talkative person. It will be very nice if our aupair can help us on house jobs also, my time in the house is very limited so I want spend as much as possible time with the little one.
