Dear au pair, We sincerely welcome you to join our loving family. We are a family of three: My husband Wei, my son Jeremy and I’m your host mother Lingling. Jeremy is four years old and currently studying in an international kindergarten. He enjoys playing tennis, Lego games, swimming as well as watching cartoons. He can speak intermediate English, we hope that you could help him improve his speaking English during your stay. I’m a housewife and my husband works at home; he’s an investor and has flexible working hours. In our free time, we enjoy dining out, shopping, going to movies and travelling. We live in a house in the suburb of Shanghai, in Minhang District; It takes about 50 minutes to go to downtown area. You will be offered a separate room with a private bathroom. We expect you to be an elder sister of our son, to engage him in fun learning activities. We do not really need you to do house work since we have a nanny at home, but it would be great if you could cook some western food if you’d like.
