We live in a lovely quiet part of Canberra, close to the city. We have three children at home with us: a 14 year old son, a 3 year old son and a 11 month old daughter. We speak both English and Spanish in our home as I am Australian and my husband is El Salvadorean. I am a teacher, but I currently work from home as a family day care educator. My husband works from home running a music production company. We have a four bedroom home with two bathrooms and a big garden. The children love playing outside building sand castles and mud pies and helping in the garden. Our 3 year old son loves playing soccer. We have regular outings each week to the library, parks and around Canberra.
We would like someone who can work alongside me at home caring for our youngest children whilst I run a family day care program (with 2-4 additional children). We would also love it if you can help with cooking and light housework. We are looking for someone who will speak in Spanish to our children but we can/will speak to you in English so you can learn!
