We are a busy family - a professional couple (a lawyer and a university lecturer) with three lovely daughters and not enough time to do everything we would like to do as a family. As parents we both work full-time, but often work from home. We are looking for a female au pair, any age, preferably either French or German as all my daughters are learning French, and the eldest one is also studying German. The au pair must genuinely like playing with children (the 2 youngest like arts and crafts), and be patient and have a sunny nature. Must be a non-smoker, and this aspect is not negotiable.
We would like an au pair who is able to help out with the children in the mornings and walk then to school, and pick them up in the afternoons and occasionally looking after the girls during the day in the school holidays. Some light domestic duties and some babysitting are involved, but there will be lots of free time during the day and at weekends. The au pair would be treated as a part of the family (like a big sister to the girls) and join us on family holidays etc.
