Dearest new au pair out-there!! We are a loving family with children from age 2-16. We are a mixture of mine, yours and our children and we are both danish and swedish nationality. We have a great familyspirit of love and caring for one another. We love to explore everyday life and find the good experiences in the simple things. We are looking for you who is responsible, flexible and with previous experience of younger children. You can take initiative and loves to be around children. We live in a small town outside of Malmö, right next to the sea. We just moved into our new dream house with room for everybody and with the sea as our neighbor, we feel like we live in heaven!! Our town - Höllviken, has everything you need from restaurants, shopping and most of all fantastic beaches and nature...... We have our own company which is taking a lot of our time but also giving us a lot of benefits.......our office is nearby our house. We really love to cook and take great pleasure in different kind of food. Sitting around the dinner table, talking, is something we try to practice every day. Our older children are going to school and our smallest two are going to daycare.
We will take good care of you!!! You will mostly be responsible for our two smallest girls of 2 and 3 years. Our other children of 9-16 are quite self-going and will not need as much attention. You will be helping us in the morning by getting the smallest girls ready for daycare and mostly taking them to daycare. In the afternoon you will pick them up form daycare, take them out for some fun if the weather is nice or home to do some playing around. When we come home, you will help us during the afternoon/night routines with preparing dinner, sometimes making dinner, putting the kids to bed, etc. Whatever is needed to make things work out. About twice a week, we will need your help with babysitting. Approx. once a month we will be away for a weekend on business or pleasure trip. We have cleaning help every week, so you will only we helping us out with light housework, laundry and some projects now and then. Sometimes we will need your help with grocery shopping. You will be off 2 days a week and at least one full weekend a month. Of course you will have time to take swedish classes during the week if you wish to do so. Our previous au pairs had a really good social life which is possible if you wish to find friends and other au pairs. We would love to find somebody who appreciate cooking.......!! Flexibility is a key word for us, and if you are willing to give a lot of yourself, we will give you a lot back!!! We want you to feel as part of our family while you are here, aswell as we will need some private familytime, where you can enjoy new friends and own interests. A car is available for you to help us out with needed driving. If you need to borrow a car in your free time, just talk to us and we will figure it out. We will pay you better than average au pairs, as we are a big family who will need your flexibility.
