Hi, We are a family of 4 who live in Dedham, MA - just outside of the city of Boston, MA. We have 2 adorable girls - Eliza and Liesl. Eliza will be 4 in May and Liesl will be 2 in August. We are looking for someone who is responsible, happy, energetic and mature. We are only looking for girls 21+. We've had a wonderful experience with our Au Pair this year and are sad to see her go in June. As a family, we love to travel on weekends in the Winter and Summer and are therefore looking for someone who like the water (and is a good swimmer) and likes the mountains/snow. I work from home and it is important for me to find someone who I can partner with and take care of the kids. In order for everything to work, and most importantly for the kids to be happy, we all need to get along. We firmly believe you get what you give and are looking for someone with that same philosophy! In terms of our location, we are just outside of Boston, MA - a beautiful and fun city that has more colleges and universities than anywhere else! Boston can be easily accessed by public transportation from Dedham. Our house is within walking distance to the town of Dedham and our friends have other Au Pairs right in our neighborhood.
Taking care of the children is the main priority: - Driving the car to take the kids to school - making their meals - doing laundry and being in charge of helping them tidy their rooms/playroom - We would really like someone who is neat in general and can help lightly tidy the house (no heavy cleaning) on a daily basis - just as you would take care of your own house, etc. (everything put away, no dishes left in the sink, etc.) - We also are looking for someone who is outgoing but can take our lead in terms of disciplining the girls and adapting to our household.
