Open and easy-going family, we would like our au-pair to be part of the family but find it important that she could have her own life. Mum is working part-time, Dad is traveling a lot but when in Switzerland, he works from home. Our au-pair should be positive, creative, independant, organised, and flexible. We offer a separate studio in the house, French lessons, 2-3 days off in the week. From our town you can easily reach Lausanne or Geneva by train in half hour, the lake is just 15 minutes away.
As we think it is important for her to live securely, we want her au-pair to get a working permit, so she would have to be from EU. Our au-pair would have to get the kids ready for school, prepare their food, and take them out to enjoy the fresh air. It is important that she is independant and can organise herself with the kids. She should be self-confident to help raise the kids, not only to take care of them but also to help them in their daily development.
