Junior Nanny for Indian family with 2 children, Mekhna aged 12 & Niranjan aged 7. Religion: Hindu. Dad has his own business, mum works in finance. The family speak English, Hindi, Malayalam & Tamil. Mekhna attends grade 6 & Niranjan attends grade 1. School starts at 7.30 am and finishes at 2.00 pm. Family vehicles are available. The school are approx 15 kms away. Both children are learning swimming. The family live in a detached villa with outhouse with all facilities. The house is located with in the city. A live in cook is available. You will be required to do housework. The family are looking for a candidate who will really become a member of the family and can teach the children skills and teach them to be independent. We will support you for further studies or you can continue your studies if you are currently studying. There are lots of opportunities of this kind in Dubai. You will not have any expenses as part of the family. General personal care items up to a reasonable level will be bought by the family. This is a very interesting and unusual placement in a lovely location with opportunity to visit India. Outhouse in villa compound where there is a bedroom provided. Family own a Contracting & a GRC Software company. If you like to have an internship, is quiet possible. Later want to move on to a full time career also can be explored.
The family is looking for someone who will get the children into a good daily routine (for example: Wake up time is 0500hrs, Ensure they make their own bed, Go for exercising in mornings before school). Take the children to school, help with homework, take part in games (video games, outdoor games), teach them to clear their own plate from the table after meals, teach them to clean their own bedroom. Teach the children good English and native European/American pronunciation (the children's English is good). Show them how to wash their own clothes, iron the children's clothes and put them away. Show the children how to make good use of resources. Help the children learn a musical instrument, a dance form, partaking in some sport, (swimming, horse riding etc). The ideal candidate is someone who exercises regularly and going to gym, so this habit can be passed on to the children. You should be willing to travel to India with the children for holidays and short visits. You should also love nature and the outdoors and not be afraid of the heat as Dubai gets very hot in the summer. They have a poultry shed where they get their eggs. Willing to help in Cooking and house hold cleaning. Family runs businesses, and if you are interested in doing internship, you are most welcome. Enjoy, driving, can join in when we have to travel on business in and around UAE. You will be treated as a member of the family. Use of car is provided.
