We (Sabine, 39 years old and Robert, 44 years old, both physicians) have two children: Maximilian, 8 years old, and Amelie, 4 years old. Maximilian is in his third year of primary school. He likes to be outside to ride his bike or for skateboarding. Twice a week he goes swimming. He is a very smart boy. Amelie is four years old and likes everything girls likes (pink dresses and nail-politure...). She goes to kindergarten until 2 o`clock p.m. She likes riding her bicycle as well or play with friends in the neighbourhood. She likes painting. We live in a detached house with garden in Aachen. We need about 10 minutes by bus to the centre, and has also a lot of beautiful nature around. We expect that you have fun to play with our children of different ages. We would like to integrate you into our family-life.
Your main task will be taking care of our two children. In the morning we need a little help with the daily routine. Maximilian goes to school on his own and Amelie to kindergarten. Normally we give her a lift before going to work but sometimes- as we both work in irregular shifts on ICU's- you should please bring her to the kindergarten by bus. We will pay for your monthly bus-ticket. Than you have the morning off for a language course and other activities. In the afternoon you have to pick up Amelie from kindergarten, (Max comes home by himself) and look after both children until one of us returns from work. This time can be different every day. Occasional cooking would be nice, for example meals from your home country would be great but not a requirement. You only have to help with basic housekeeping by need. The major cleaning is done by a char once a week.
