My previous nanny has returned to Canada and I am now looking to fill the void with a live-in position. Your family will consist of a relaxed baby boy and a 7yr old girl who attends school up the street. I am a single parent who works in the financial industry but am currently on maternity leave. You will have 3 meals per day provided, live rent-free, and be invited on all weekends away/holidays. There is a coastal holiday currently planned for December. You will have your own large room in a charming 4br older style home, with a huge backyard for sunning or reading on warm afternoons. There is a large kitchen if you enjoy cooking, however I love to cook so you are only expected to make light meals. I am looking for you to commence ASAP however I am not returning to work until August. I also support you working part time elsewhere so please do not let that stop you from applying.
Until August your duties will be- light housework (unstacking dishwasher, laundry, beds, vacuum etc) as well as 2 days per week a few hours of caring for the baby IF required, he is breastfed so you will not be required for long stints of care until I return to work. I will be running errands locally, or at home with you. I also prefer to have him with me at all times, unless unavoidable. He is very attached and used to being in a sling! We would love you to accompany us on some outings but will have every second weekend free. Work hours will increase to 3 days per week, in August and an allowance will be paid.
