We are two professional people working shifts. We have 4 yo and 2 yo twins. We need someone to cover the shift gap netween our jobs and allow is the occasional "date night" Mostly need covering nights with some day shifts.
Stay overnight when mum is working. Get up and give breakfast to the kids the mornings mum has worked. Allow for occasional sleep ins and date nights. Must follow parents disciplined and rules. Ie no juice no sweets etc
