I am looking for in home child care for one to two years starting in June 2013. I work as an adoption specialist and doula. My normal schedule is 9-4 Monday thru Friday, however I do attend births with women who need emotional support. My schedule does change accordingly.
I would like an au pair who is crafty and likes to play, do arts and crafts and read to my two wonderful girls. They are very smart and enjoy attention. I would ask that my au pair do minimum housework which would include helping the kids to keep their bedroom and play areas tidy, cleaning up after preparing meals for the kids, and the kids laundry. We also have a dog who is very friendly. I have passes to the children's museam and local gardens and swimming pool. I prefer that the kids watch limited TV and spend more time playing and learning.
