We are looking for a calm and patient person who takes own initiative. Preferably she has some norwegian knowledge and has experience with children with special needs. We are a family of 4, having a very hectic daily life. The youngest son is diagnosed with autism and the last 3 years have been charaterized with little sleep and a lot of stress. So someone that can come into our family and help us in daily life would be fantastic. We are happy people, easygoing and the kids are happy and polite. Kindergarden is right across the street and grocery store is just down the street. Because we respect the privacy of the au pair and ourselves, we are building on our house so that the au pair will have a small personal bathroom and also a small kitchen area so that she can have privace. Also of course tv and internet.
light house chores such as cleaning and folding clothes, clean kithcen and vacuum, cook dinner and do grocery shopping. pick up kids from kindergarden and some days deliver them. Help out with kids in the morning. I am sure we can find a schedule that suits both parties and that makes us both happy. It is also important with free time.
