Our little family consists of 2 adorable boys Jasper and Charlie. They are very loving and full of energy. Both like lots of outside activiies but also enjoy stories, colouing and creating lots of things. We live on a cattle farm just a 25 mins drive from a large university town called Armidale. Armidale has lots of shops, cafes, a good library. Cultural events are always on. It has a small airport with flights going to Sydney 4 times a day, (a 1 hour flight). Our main business is a large cattle farm which keeps us very busy. We also run a holiday letting facility in houses that we have on the farm. As you can see we are in need of a little help to keep things running smoothly at home. We are a familiy who, when possible, love to travel especially to the beach. We would, of course, expect you to join us on these trips at our expense. We go to the coast as much as possible. It is only a 2 hours car drive from our farm. The children really love swimming in the sea. We need someone who is ready for an adventure and willing to try something a little different. Someone who likes the idea of living and working on a farm away from the hectic pace of the city. You must love working with children and feel comfortable around animals as this is a working farm. We need someone who is energetic and fun and who can use their own initiative. She needs to be flexable and willing to have a go. We hope we can find the right person to join us on the farm and become part of our happy family.
Your primary role is to help the family. This involves such things as making school lunches, taking the children to the school bus, helping with activities. You will be responsible for the children's meals and bathing routines morning and evening and for keeping their clothes washed and tidy. Also you will need to do some light housework such as tidying - particularly the children's areas. Driving is essential. You will have use of a vehicle. We need you to help keep the household running smoothly and stay organised.
