We're a warm, international family living in the Chamberí neighbourhood of Madrid — one of the city's most vibrant and walkable areas. Michal is Polish and works in financial data; his partner is the heart of our home routine. Our little one attends Grace Montessori nursery and loves being active, curious, and outdoors. We're a relaxed household that likes good food, weekend adventures around the city, and a genuinely friendly atmosphere at home. We're looking for someone kind, reliable, and genuinely enthusiastic about spending time with a young child. A good sense of humour helps. We'd love someone who feels like part of the family rather than just an employee — we want this to be a positive experience for you too. Polish speakers are warmly welcome, but not required.
Your main role is to help with our child's daily routine — primarily the nursery drop-off and pick-up, and looking after them during the day or early evenings as needed. You'll be based in central Madrid (Chamberí), so everything is very walkable. The role is straightforward and centred on childcare: keeping our little one happy, engaged, and safe. We're flexible and happy to build a routine together that works for everyone.
