The Family Mum Maria thirty eight Nolan almost six, Nelia three and the cat Andy. Dad Patrick forty five lives in an apartment in the same village. The parents are divorced but get along well. Maria works four days a week as a HR Director in a medical equipment company. Maria grew up in Sweden but moved to Switzerland after her studies and after two years as an au pair. Maria speaks Swedish, English and French. Where do we live We live in a village called Gilly along the Geneva lake approximately twenty minutes from Geneva, twenty minutes from Lausanne in the French speaking part of Switzerland. We live in a house with a garden and the childrens father lives in an apartment in the same village only five minutes by foot. Who are we looking for We are looking for an independent, positive and happy young woman who ideally has some experience with children. You are a non smoker and it would be good yet not necessary to have a drivers license. I would prefer a Swedish speaking aupair. However, if you are not Swedish you must have a sufficient level of French in order to communicate with the children as they do not speak English.
You will work four days a week and maximum thirty hours per week. Mondays and Tuesdays at the fathers apartment and Wednesdays and Thursdays at the house. In principle you will be off on Fridays, however Maria travels every now and then with her work and it is possible that you will be asked to work extra at these times. You may also be asked to do some evening babysitting.
